The community newsletter
What's new around Disney World and the theme parks, once a month.
New places to eat, new roads, new neighborhoods.
The community newsletter is one short email a month from me about the towns around Disney World and the theme parks: new places to eat, new roads and road work, what's being built, things to do, drone views and a quick look at the numbers. Every fact has a source.
What's in each issue
New places to eat
Openings I can confirm from the restaurant's own page. Spots that are only announced wait until they post their own dates.
New roads and road work
Roads that just opened, projects under construction and closures worth planning around, from the agencies building them.
What's being built
New home communities and new phases from the builders' own listings, with the date I checked them.
Things to do
Events from the city and county calendars in the towns around Disney World.
Drone views
A look at the area from above, from my own drone.
The numbers, briefly
A few market figures for the region, each dated and sourced, with no forecasts.
Who writes it
I do. I'm Tyler Landon, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty at the Lakes in Celebration. I write every issue myself and check every fact against its own source before it goes out. If I can't confirm something, it waits for a later issue.
Issues
The first issue arrives in December. Sign up above and it comes straight to you.

Common questions about the newsletter
How often does the community newsletter come out?
Once a month, as one short email. Each issue is also posted on this page once it's out.
Is the community newsletter free?
Yes. You only need your name and email address to sign up, and I never sell your information.
Can I unsubscribe?
Yes, with one click in every email.
Where do the facts in the newsletter come from?
From the source itself: county and city pages, the state and toll road agencies, builders' and restaurants' own listings, and public market data. Every item links to where it came from, and anything I can't confirm waits for a later issue.
Your next chapter, by the numbers.
Search the market, read the data, or talk to me. The numbers are the same either way.
