The program
Tyler Landon Real Estate Texts is the text message program of Tyler Landon, a Florida real estate sales associate with Keller Williams Realty at the Lakes. It sends texts about real estate inquiries you start on landonagent.com: replies to your questions, home valuation follow-up, showing times and updates on homes you asked about. Messages may be sent with automated technology. It doesn't send marketing texts to anyone who didn't opt in.
Texting hasn't started yet. If you check the text box now, your consent is recorded, and these terms apply once texts begin.
How you join
You join only by checking the optional text box on a form on this website and giving your phone number. The box is never checked for you, and you can send any form without it. The wording you agree to is:
Yes, text me. I agree to receive text messages from Tyler Landon, Keller Williams Realty at the Lakes, at the number above about my real estate inquiry, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Consent to texts is not a condition of buying any property, good or service.
How often
Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one message confirming you're opted out, and no more texts after that unless you join again. You can also ask to stop by calling 321-800-5294 or emailing tyler@landonagent.com.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or call 321-800-5294 or email tyler@landonagent.com.
Your phone number
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text opt-in and consent are never sold or shared for anyone else's use. The only company that gets your number for texts is the one that delivers my messages, and only to deliver them. See the Privacy Policy for how all information is handled.
Carriers
Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always posted here with its date.
