I'm the agent you call when you want it done right and you want to actually hear from your agent. I've been licensed in Florida since 2021, I'm based in Celebration, and I work the whole Disney side of Central Florida: Celebration, Kissimmee, Reunion, ChampionsGate, Davenport, Windermere, Winter Garden, Clermont, Lake Nona and the towns in between. I list homes and I represent buyers, and either way you work with me from the first call to the closing table. No hand-offs, no call center, no disappearing act once the contract is signed.

Here's what makes my listings different. I've spent over 10 years shooting real estate photo and video, long before I got my license, and I own Jet Media Productions. The photos, video and drone that sell your home are shot the way I'd want my own home shot. Before we list, I test your price against what homes like yours really sold for. While you're on the market, you get a report every Monday. One seller came to me after five slow months with another agent; in their words, it wasn't long before it sold.

I'm also a numbers person. I built the tools behind this site myself: the drive times, the builder tracker, the county costs and the weekly price checks. So when I tell you what a home is worth, what a new build really costs each month, or whether to wait, it comes with the data to back it. The magic is in the details, and I sweat every one of them.
