DMCA Notice
Last updated: November 3, 2026
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, gives copyright owners a way to act if they believe material online infringes their rights. I respect copyright. If you believe in good faith that content on this website infringes your copyright, you or your agent may send a written notice to my designated agent below.
Designated agent
Tyler Landon

700 Celebration Ave, Suite 300, Celebration, FL 34747
Phone: 321-800-5294
Email: tyler@landonagent.com
U.S. Copyright Office designated agent registration number: DMCA-1085127
What your notice must include
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice needs:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them
- The copyrighted work you believe is infringed, or a representative list if there are several
- The material you believe infringes, with enough detail for me to find it, such as the page address
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act for them
A notice missing any of these may not be valid, and it may delay my response.
What happens next
When I get a complete notice, I'll remove the material or block access to it promptly. If someone else gave me that material, such as a photo or review, I'll let them know it was removed.
Counter-notice
If material you gave me was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the designated agent above. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it needs:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- The material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is (or, if you live outside the United States, any district where I may be found), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent
I'll send a copy of your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell me they've filed a court action to stop the use, I'll restore the material 10 to 14 business days after I receive your counter-notice, as the law provides.
False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. If you aren't sure, consider talking to a lawyer first.
Your next chapter, by the numbers.
